This comfortable villa is surrounded by a small forest of junipers and can accommodate a family and their guests in the main house and its adjacent two-bedroom guest house. Respectful to the trees and the unique view, the architect drew the shape of the villa around a juniper standing in the middle of the property, thus creating a courtyard that can comfortably seat ten people for dinner. A rooftop terrace offering sea and sunset views are accessible via the master bedroom on the first floor, or through a flight of steps leading up from the courtyard. The sandy beach is a mere five-minute walk away, and the main village of Antiparos with its restaurants and cafés is also within walking distance.
